We are a private label manufacturing plant. The personal care products industry is our specialty and our philosophy is quality, customer service, on-time delivery and loyalty.


Good manufacturing practices (GMPs) lie at the heart of quality. GMPs comprise a variety of practices that ensure quality including things such as:

1. From incoming inspection of raw materials through each handling process, you can be sure the most stringent quality standards will be met by our quality assurance department. We provide batch record-keeping and sampling to protect you and your customers. These procedures guarantee consistent quality.

2. Purified deionized water of the quality guaranteed for use in labs and hospitals is supplied by Culligan. Tanks are maintained once a month, with a bi-monthly bacteria test performed by our staff.

3. Raw materials analyses are done by outside laboratories. Copies are available upon request. Our suppliers provide certificates of analysis on all products

4. Cosmed uses only the finest quality natural ingredients. Most of our body creams contain 2-5% vitamin E from companies like ADM and Parachem.

5. In all formulations, we use only USP-grade ingredients to ensure the best quality.

6. In many formulations, we use a preservative system of ISP provided, mixed parabens, rosemary and grapefruit seed extract. This method insures long shelf life.

7. We do long-term stability testing using challenge tests on all new formulations.

8. Our manufacturing plant uses MBPR (master batch production records), MPR (master packaging records) and set-up check list to ensure quality control.

9. We provide a certificate of analysis on all orders, upon request. This certificate attests to the appearance, odor, assay of active ingredients, pH, and the microbial tests of a product.

10. We are in total GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance.

11. Modern production, filling and processing equipment enables us to handle efficiently whatever size production runs our customers require.

12. We use 316-stainless steel mixing tanks, pumps, reactor and filling machines for both hot and cold processes.
